4.2 Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service

• Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Subscription Plans

• Free plan includes up to 5 daily orders

• Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed on our website

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of purchase or subscription renewal

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file

• Failed payments may result in service suspension

• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for paid plans

5.3 Refunds

• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase

• Subscription fees are non-refundable after the 14-day period

• Product costs and fulfillment fees are non-refundable once orders are processed

• Refund requests must be submitted through our support system

• Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees

• Standard delivery time is 5-9 days (subject to customs and local conditions)

6.3 Product Quality

• Suppliers are vetted, but we do not guarantee product quality

• You are responsible for ensuring products meet your standards

• We recommend ordering samples before selling to customers

• Quality issues should be reported within 48 hours of receipt

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Platform Content

• All content on Ecommerce.co (logos, text, graphics, software) is our property

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our Platform

• Our trademarks and brand elements may not be used without permission

7.2 User Content

• You retain ownership of content you upload (product descriptions, images, etc.)

• You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform

• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you upload

• You must not upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property

7.3 AI-Generated Content

• Content generated by our AI tools is provided as-is

• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content

• You assume all liability for using AI-generated content in your store

8. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations

• Sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited products

• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

• Use the Platform to spam or harass others

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise Platform security

• Scrape or extract data using automated means

• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

• Resell Platform access without authorization

9. Privacy and Data Protection

• You consent to data collection necessary for providing services

• We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data

• Your products or business practices

13. Dispute Resolution
